Context

Why this exists

The site gives LightSpeed a clean public face for the ideas already living inside the .github repository: governance, reusable patterns, the conference talk, and the discipline that keeps AI-assisted workflows maintainable.

What it does

It keeps the public site focused on the talk and the standards behind it while leaving room for additional pages later.

  • Shows the repository as a control plane rather than a document dump.
  • Gives the conference talk a clear home inside the same public site.
  • Keeps the shared header, footer, and page voice consistent across the site.

How it grows

As more conference or project pages are added, they should reuse the same design language rather than reset it.
